I took Tim to Ruth Crisp in Richmond and we had a wonderful evening, not just because the food was amazing but so was the company. If Tim is half as good at being a dad as he is as a husband Lily is a very lucky girl. I love you Tim!

Fruit Cobbler AKA The Goodness

4 Cups Fruit
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Milk

Combine fruit and 1/2 cup of sugar, let stand 10 minutes.Melt butter in 12 X 8 X 2 baking dish; set aside.Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl; add milk and mix well.Pour batter into baking dish.Pour fruit mixture evenly over batter, do not stir.Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
