Ok so I know it has been a month since the last time I wrote on here. I just don't seem to have much to say anymore. I could write all about Lily but even that get old after a while. I think I am in a new mom slump. There have been lots of new things going on.
Lily is 7 months old today... and so far we are both still alive so Tim and I must be doing something right lol. She is growing right along. She weighs about 17 lbs and has recently taken up LOW CRAWLING. Yeah she does the best Army low crawl I have ever seen. I think soon she will be getting up on her Knees. Tim and I find ourselves running around picking up all of the dogs toys. Those seem to be her favorite things to play with. I don't know if any of you have seen Bristol's chew toys but they are not exactly the cleanest lol.
Last weekend I stopped nursing Lily. It was a hard decision to make but I felt it was time. I have been sharing my body for the last 15 months or so it is time to take it back. I am hoping now that I have stopped nursing that I will be able to shed a few pounds. While nursing I was hungry all the time. This first week went ok, I got really sick with a sinus infection so I didn't have much time or energy to think about nursing. Lily doesn't seem to notice that we have stopped nursing. She will still continue to get brestmilk for another week or two because I had such a great freezer stash. We have already started mixing in some formula with her bottles so when we change over it will not be a drastic change.
Tim and I are planning a trip to Vegas in early Sept. We are going for his 30th birthday. That is right Tim is going to be 30 years old this year. Again how time flies. I meant Tim 6 days before my 21st birthday and I will be 28 this year. Also this month is our 4 yr anniversary. It doesn't seem like we have been married for 4 years already but I guess that is a good thing. Well that is about it for me.
I will try harder to do more on my blog, sorry guys.

I think you need a weekend shopping trip. I'll go with you! Or a day at VA beach. We could go down really early and come back around 5 or 6 (in time for dinner).. like a road trip.
That reminds me, on the way to Dave's, I passed Sperryville.. you know, where Cooter's garage used to be. That time Shannon and I drug you out there and made you take pictures in front of the General Lee and the American Flag..you were so pissed!!! LOL
I'm with Jenn... you need a shopping trip and some time to yourself. It will do wonders!

Lily is beautiful, so I wouldn't mind tons of photos on your blog. :D
